Son las tres de la mañana y no puedo dormir. Llevo dos horas dando vueltas en la cama.
Mi habitación está completamente oscura, pero tengo los ojos abiertos como platos.
Mañana tengo que trabajar temprano y sé que voy a estar hecho polvo.
Intento contar ovejas, beber un vaso de agua tibia y hasta escuchar música relajante, pero nada funciona.
Es horrible pasar la noche en blanco. Al final, decido levantarme, ir a la sala y leer un libro un rato.
Solo espero poder pegar ojo antes de que salga el sol, porque, si no, mañana necesitaré tres litros de café para sobrevivir.

🇬🇧 English Translation
It’s three in the morning and I can’t sleep. I’ve been tossing and turning in bed for two hours.
My room is completely dark, but my eyes are wide open.
I have to work early tomorrow, and I know I’m going to be exhausted.
I try counting sheep, drinking a glass of warm water, and even listening to relaxing music, but nothing works.
It’s horrible to spend the whole night without sleeping. In the end, I decide to get up, go to the living room, and read a book for a while.
I just hope I can get some sleep before the sun comes up, because otherwise, tomorrow I’ll need three liters of coffee to survive.
